Summary: We had a good stay. I like to give accurate and detailed reviews in order to help others when they are booking, as I really depend on reviews myself when I'm searching for rentals. Pros: Fire pit outside with a nice seating area and firewood was great for hanging out by the fire and bonding. They provided blankets to use when it was chilly. Great secured yard for our dogs. Our dogs were very happy here. Nice street location. Short walk to the beach access and a pleasant neighborhood overall. Cons: not much counter space in the bathroom, a tight squeeze for our stuff. The floor in the house seems sunken. Not sure what that's about. not really a big deal, but just odd. One of the bathrooms has a laundry room in it. again, not a huge deal, just makes the experience less fancy than you see in the photos. We had some confusion in our communication with the host that caused us some stress in our plans over the weekend. Perhaps some more specific info about where to park and where not to park would help the host provide clearer expectations. Overall a nice choice, but I wouldn't say it's a 5 star experience.
